I was satisfied with my move in. Regular Reminders! Courteous and Professional Service! I was emailed one price and was not aware of the mandatory insurance! I planned to get it anyway but it would have been nice to inform me Up Front!

The staff are great, and attentive to detail. They aim to please. This facility is a little old, but reasonably well-kept. With good night lighting, a razor wire fence and an electric fence surrounding the property, it is very secure. Each tenant has a personal lock and a unique combination key to the entrance gate, which is entered both on the way in and on the way out. They know someone with permission has been there! I drove by this place for years and years and only when I moved did I think of it. It was the most convenient location for me, so I'm glad they had an open 10x15!

Moving cross country, we did not have time to check things out ahead of time. Penske gave us the referral and it helped to not have to spend time online looking around. Alisha is very helpful and checked on us several times during unloading to see if we needed anything. I stopped by a week later and asked for some local shopping information and she took the time to help me out. Thanks.
