I was in a rush and I was moving suddenly and I needed something close in location and not too many fees. They are right on Monroe Road tucked away however they helped me tremendously. I would absolutely recommend.

I looked at almost 30 different storage companies and they were all way too expensive and didn't have exactly what I needed. Not only that, but the people that workat those places have NASTY attitudes. Not Here. Everyone was friendly and happy and they had EXACTLY what I needed. You can't go wrong here.

Make certain you're sure about the unit, because if you change your mind after payment, there's no refund or prorating payment. Also it seems to be an old warehouse or something. Not your typical storage unit. To get to units you'd have to use stairs or lift your items from your truck up on a ledge. Ramps are kinda steep and are after stairs and truck ledge. They do offer UHAUL trucks.

Hoback self storage is a great place for transitioning families and individuals to store their how back self storage is a great place for transitioning families and individuals to store their personal balls it does not have an elevator to access the second floor only wraps there can be cumbersome for pushing heavy load up .... customer service was a plus very friendly very inviting and cooperative to make use of the storage a happy experience

Very polite office person. She was very helpful. I do wish there was a loading dock at ground level. The lowest one still required that I lift 50-60 lb objects 3 ft. in order to then put them on a dolly.

I am very satisfied with my decision to chose Self Storage. When I entered the building I felt my personals would be in a safe secure place. This is not only because of the building but the location. A plus, the clerk was very friendly and the building was very clean. Oh yeah, how can I forget the pricing! Very affordable. This is my honest opinion. I cannot be more satisfied.

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
