About Outbox Self Storage - Southend
Welcome to Outbox Self Storage's all indoor climate controlled facility conveniently located on Clanton Road adjacent to South Blvd. This converted warehouse offers sizes ranging from 22.5 sf. to 300 sf. Multiple access points with large roll up doors ensure ease of use for our customers. Access keypads are convenient to all entries to ensure only our customers enter and exist the building, and security cameras are located throughout. We provide unit locks at no charge. We are open seven days a week. We were voted a Top 5 storage facility for Charlotte and surrounding areas, as well as we are a Multiple Winner of U-Hauls Top 100 Dealers for all of North America. I'm the leader of "Charity Beyond Belief", and we needed a place to store our donations for the homeless. Nobody in Charlotte was willing to bend on their prices, or guarantee their rates wouldn't increase, until I found Outbox. Dennis and his team appreciated the work we're doing for the community. They gave us a great deal, and locked into it for a year when we offered to pay upfront. The facility is clean and safe, and the customer service is wonderful, which are all things I could not say about our last storage unit. Thanks for your help Dennis!

I had a great move in experience here. The customer service was great and it didn’t take long to get checked in. The unit was located right near the loading dock for ultimate ease. Everything was ready when I arrived and the unit was very clean. Would definitely recommend to others.

The facility is easy to locate and feels very safe. There are security cameras monitoring all areas a both inside and outside. The interior is clean. Carts are available and in great condition. I am very satisfied with facility.

So I am one of those people that don't trust storages. So far, the GM, Mr. Damag made me start the new trust. I always feel like there may be hidden fees, horrible rate, and someone helping me that really don't care about me and my stuff. The GM talk with me about my items to ensure the best place in the facility for me to store my items. He was very polite, broke down all information, and worked fast. He was great!!!!I will recommend someone here. Moving from out of town never been this comfortable.
