the employees are great. very time i stop in or need help it's always a smiling face there. the grounds are always neat and clean. but the price increases are unreal. i thought the long term was the one valued. your price increases make a customer think twice about staying long term. why so many price increases. at some point you should consider rewarding long term customers not raise the price. then turn around and give a discount to a new customer who might only stay a month or two. take care of the people who take care of you

Gloria has wonderful customer service, the best I've experienced in awhile! She's professional, friendly, honest, and very helpful. It was an easy, pleasant experience interacting with her this last week. She is an asset to this company. The only complaint with public storage I have is that they do raise the cost of your unit after 6 months, so that is something to be aware of if you are planning to store long-term.

Public Storage is a great option for storage needs. I had a very welcoming experience working with the property manager, Monica. The property is well maintained and the storage options fit my needs. My only gripe is that they do not offer 24 hour access to the storage. While 6 am to 9 pm is sufficient access for most people, it does not always work well with my current work schedule.

Monica and Kimberly were awesome. Monica was able to accommodate me when I needed extra time to make the reservation. She also assisted me in figuring out what size room I truly needed and that it would be cost effective for me. Kimberly took the time to explain everything to me regarding the contract and made sure that all my questions were answered. I felt that they both took the extra step to help me. The definitely provided AWESOME SERVICE!!

First of all, they called me within 24 hours of making the reservation to make sure that everything was in order. Then they called me 24 hours before to make sure that everything was still going to go as planned. When I got there they were so helpful and made sure to answer all of my questions. They really take great care of you there.

That was so Awesome!!! From start to finish, the people at this place were helpful, courteous, prompt and efficient. Especially with me moving, and having all that stress and pain... dealing with Public Storage made the experience light and breezy on a hot day. I really appreciate how the lady took care of me when I came to rent, and it took me less than five minutes to check out after vacating my storage unit.

tried other storage units. Had all sorts of issues with the gate codes, customer service, returning phone calls. Finally found public storage and had exceptional customer service experience, zero glitches or issues with gates and just overall a pleasant experience
