Although I had downloaded the App, I was unable to get a code for entry. I called the office and knocked on the door and was unable to get a response. Meanwhile, my movers were already in the facility, but not the unit. After calling the 800# and the # for the facility I finally got a person. She was the manager of the facility but would not give me a code for entry. I finally got a code from either the 800# or the App and got into the facility gate and met my movers. It was a sweltering day. Guess what?! My unit had a lock on the door. More calling and waiting. When I reached the facility manager, she told me she was with another customer! Excuse me - what was I? Waiting in the heat of mid-day with movers I was paying to wait outside a locked unit!! After about 30+ minutes, she finally shows up to remove the lock. A lock was supposed to be in the unit for me to lock my items - it was not. She (the manager has to return to the front office to get me a lock for my unit. I cannot remember having a worse customer experience ever. I can say this because I have worked in customer service for years and have been a customer service manager. If I didn’t have to hire movers to move my belongings again - I would definitely move to a different company and facility. This was unbelievable!

Clean facility. The 5x5 unit is just the right space to store your college students mini fridge, microwave, TV, etc. for the summer.

Terrible service felt like I was being booked into a county jail. The lady was so rude and I could barely understand her thru her respirator mask. I would have preferred to check in online. You should just close the office because she does not want to work during Corona pandemic she was nasty I'm moving out & into another storage that cost more just because of the lack of customer gud customer service.

After calling around for my needs I finally called here. The original gentleman was so thoughtful. He even threw in some suggestions that made me realize that I had not included. Upon my arrival the young lady that assist me was extremely helpful. I was pressed for time I was in and out.

Staff (Lori) is great. Takes the time to listen, gives you the options that best fit your needs, then lets you decide (no hassle, no pressure). Accessibility is not perfect (coming from the west you have to do a U-turn because of the concrete street separator) but the price and terms are great.

It was very difficult to maneuver trying to drive my moving truck to the unit assigned. It was far too narrow to navigate. Everything else went just fine.

Probably one of the BEST customer service experiences I've ever had in my whole LIFE. Ashley is an AWESOME manager! She gave me call almost simultaneously as I booked online, Great right? Not only that.. I get off at 4:30, and traffic in Charlotte, off Harris is nothing short of a nightmare, she allowed me a grace period to get from W.WT, to E. WT.. That traffic is AWFUL. I called at 4:55p, to let her know that I wouldn't make it by 5, and she held that appointment time for me. A car in front of me had broke down suddenly and had me trapped, a block away from the actual PS. She was JUST as vibrant, thorough, and outgoing as her voicemail was on my phone, in person. She offered a suggestion about changing sizes, once I described what I was housing (Read My Mind!).. Her size suggestion worked perfectly! Then.. She told me the real about the locks they provide and the Wal-Mart down the block (Cheaper Lock.. That does the Same thing.. GOTTA LOVE HER!) I was able to purchase one and move in before she even left work! Excellent.. EXCELLENT!... EXCELLLLLLLENT Manager and SERVICE!! I really appreciated her making this spontaneous move and storage option a great fit, and with great advice!

Leslie was very sharp with placing me in the right storage unit.She was a kind and very helpful Rep. She worked fast and got me on my way. Leslie had the best customer service!!! I went to two wrong locations, and when I got to this location Leslie was enthusiastic and very helpful compared to the other two. The front desk help at the other two locations just seemed like they were enjoying the air condition. Leslie walked around the counter to greet me and shake my hand as she introduced me.
